“Guess The Price Challenge” RULES:
1. Whoever guesses closest to the final SOLD price as indicated on the MLS is the winner.
2. The winning guess can be either above or below the SOLD price - whatever price guess is closest to the SOLD price indicated on the MLS is the winner.
3. Winning prize is $250 will go to the winner(s) and another $250 will be donated to Homes Fur All - a 501c3 Non-profit Organization. www.homesfurall.org
4. In the case of a tie, the $250 prize money will be divided evenly amongst the winners.
5. Prize money will be sent to the winner(s) within 30 days of the close date as indicated on the MLS - delivery of prize money to be via Zelle to the cell or email indicated by the participant(s).
6. Only one guess per person is allowed - if there is more than one price guess by the same person, then only the first submitted guess will be entered.
7. In the event that the contact information provided with the winning guess is not working and/or the person with the winning guess does not reply with confirmation of notification of being the winner within 5 business days of being contacted on the phone and email provided, then that winner will be replaced with the next closest guess (or guesses).
8. Closing must be with Brian Fitzburgh as the listing agent and The Fitzburgh Realty/Brokers Trust as the listing broker.
9. If this property does not close with Brian Fitzburgh as the listing agent then this challenge will be considered to be cancelled and there will not be a winner.
10. Guess submission deadline is either at the end of the last open house or at the time of the offer submission deadline- whichever time is later.
