Pam Wood, Title Agent
Pam aka ‘The Columba of Real Estate' currently works at Provident Title Company in Beverly Hills as Assistant Vice President of Sales & Marketing. A native Californian, born in San Francisco and raised in Los Angeles, Pam unknowingly began her real estate career while half-heartedly studying business management at LA City College. The title company had Pam based in an office located within the LA County Hall of Records. Fascinated by rooms full of shelves stacked with dusty hardbound books, thick with original historical documents housed in enormous archives, she developed a passion for researching real estate. From the original subdivision of raw land, to current day improvements – she enjoys the unique story each property had to tell. She was soon promoted to headquarters as a title officer running a busy unit. Her research background also gave her the edge to quickly solve problems often encountered during the escrow period, which she found extremely rewarding. She eventually decided to share her experience directly with the local real estate community by becoming a title sales representative. Combining her love for real estate and vast technical knowledge she's developed a wide-ranging network of connections - from the County Recorder’s Office to City Hall. Even after 20 years, she's never forgot who she works for in the end - the buyer and seller waiting nervously in anticipation to hear, “Congratulations, your escrow has closed!” This has made Pam Wood one of the most consistent top producing title representatives in Los Angeles County. |
Kristen Hartwick, Escrow Officer
