Floor Plan Design
A drawing of the floor plan of your home that is featured in the MLS, flyers and brochures, property website, etc will be created for your home. The floor plan further assists a prospective buyer to understand the layout and features of your home.
Property Write-Up
A detailed write-up of your home highlighting your homes features and neighborhood amenities will be written out and edited by our copywriter to ensure the best description of your home. This will be used for marketing purposes on the MLS, flyers, online marketing, social media networks, blogging , postcards and other marketing materials.
Postcards
“Just Listed” postcards will be designed by our graphic designer. They will then be delivered to the local neighborhood. Typically, the postcards are delivered prior to the first open house.
Multiple Listing Service (MLS)
Your home typically will be launched on MLS day or two prior to the first open house. This protects your “DOM” yet still allows adequate time to build anticipation, excitement & demand for your home.
Maximum Internet Exposure
Your home will be featured on websites such as Trulia, Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com & many, many more - plus exclusive email campaigns.
Internet Metrics
Monitor internet metrics with Zillow reports, Facebook and MLS reports. This gives real world feedback about how many views your home receives from online buyers.
Custom Property Website
A custom property website for your home will be designed by our graphic designer. This personalized website will offer home information, photos, 360 degree photos, walk-through video, property write-up description, as well as all open house dates. Blogging and promotions featuring the open houses scheduled for your home will be launched weekly to our targeted audiences by our in-house social media guru. It will have widespread exposure upwards of 10,000 viewers in the local area on Facebook as well as the Brokers Trust website. Email Blast
Emails will be designed by our graphic designer and sent to hundreds of our exclusive client and agent database to promote your home. The email blasts will be performed prior to each open house to promote your home.

In addition to the “for sale” sign we will also create a “website rider” custom to the URL for your home’s property website. The website rider enables buyers to conveniently see all the property details right from their phone.

Pre-Market Inspections
Pro-active approach that includes pre-market inspections. Typically we recommend a termite inspection & retro-fit inspection with reports and repair estimates. Offers you receive may include terms that make the Seller is responsible to pay for “section-1 termite repairs” and governmental required “retrofit repairs”. Having the price quotes in advance of receiving any offers will enable you to know the monetary consideration should you decide to accept any such terms.
