Below you will find event details for set up times and drop off locations. Please be sure to arrive with enough time to set up your booth. 
EVENT LOCATION
Eagle Rock City Hall: 2035 Colorado Blvd., Eagle Rock 90041

VIP PARKING
Located on Maywood Ave. 
Spaces are limited, first come first serve.

PARKING
Please be aware that there is NO PARKING in the 
Eagle Rock City Hall parking lot, ONLY STREET PARKING. 
You may drive up to drop off / pick up your supplies and equipment.

** Parking is limited, so come early. **
** Please carpool and Uber, if possible! **

DROP OFF LOCATION
To access the drop-off location, enter Maywood Ave. from Colorado Blvd.


DROP OFF: 
9 AM - 11 AM

SET-UP : 
11 AM - 12 Noon

VOLUNTEERS:​
We will be limited on the number of volunteers. If you need help unloading/setting-up, please make sure you come early! 

​Event Start Time: 1 PM
​Event End Time: 4 PM
​
BREAK DOWN / PICK UP TIMES:​
4 PM - 6 PM
Please be sure to arrive with plenty of time to set up your booth!
