 THE FIRST EVER MOBILE CAT CAFE A brand new and unique take on the cat cafe concept, Moon Cat Cafe brings the cat cafe experience on the road to the public, utilizing a renovated step van outfitted with a modern aesthetic. It offers a small but comfortable sit-down cafe environment (with adoptable cats and great coffee!), as well as fine artisan goods for sale.  You may have seen it already zipping around the highways of Los Angeles and Orange County: a large monochromatic truck, with an entrance made completely out of glass, promising in bold black and white text: "CATS. COFFEE. FINE GOODS." Welcome to Moon Cat Cafe, the first ever mobile cat cafe in the world. Its founder, Janet Pao, took an empty delivery van and transformed it into a small cat oasis on wheels, where visitors can come on board and spend time with adoptable cats in a cozy cafe-and-boutique environment. The cafe area offers a safe and cage-free space for adoptable cats to showcase their personalities to potential adopters, who can enjoy their company along with locally-sourced coffee and pastries.  WHY MOBILE? It gives Moon Cat Cafe the freedom and flexibility to bring the cat cafe experience to a wide variety of cities and communities. From stand-alone adoption events to pet expos to private birthday events, Moon Cat Cafe offers cat lovers throughout L.A. and Orange Counties a unique place to not only hang out with cats, but also support local non-profit rescues.  THE CATS All adoptable cats on board come from trusted and reputable local cat rescues, whose volunteer efforts include street rescue, shelter pulls, fostering, medical rehabilitation, spay/neuter education, feral cat colony caretaking, and much more! Moon Cat Cafe chooses to partner with these incredible rescues to support their mission in finding forever homes for homeless cats, and to bring awareness to their cause through community events.  SUPPORTING LOCAL BUSINESSES AND RESCUE GROUPS Moon Cat Cafe was founded with the ethos of supporting local and giving back to the community. 10% of total revenue always goes directly to the rescue partners.
