Scarlet is a Maltese mix, 3 yrs old and weighs 8 lbs. She is a mix because her ears are not blond in color. She was severely matted and had to be shaved.

Her owners could no longer care for her and they asked our rescue group to take her in. She is super sweet and wants to hog all the attention! She has medium energy level, can be mellow but gets super excited when she firsts sees you.
