     Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl  Staying active and healthy eating is a huge part of LA's culture so when we find a new recipe that not only tastes great but is super healthy for you too, we want to share it! This strawberry banana smoothie bowl is so easy to make and it is packed full of vitamins, antioxidants, protein, healthy fats, fiber and energy. It is the ultimate morning pick me up and is very filling and satisfying, you'll be ready to kick start the day! We suggest using all organic ingredients to reduce the toxin and pesticide intake as strawberries are on the dirty dozen list. This recipe has zero added refined sugar but if you prefer sweetening it, feel free to add a little raw organic honey. Strawberry Banana Smoothie Bowl Smoothie Ingredients: 1 cup strawberries 1 frozen banana 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablesoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon flax seeds 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Topping Ingredients: 2 sliced strawberries 1/2 teaspooon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds 1/4 cup granola 2 dallops of plain whole milk yogurt Place strawberries, frozen banana, coconut milk, vanilla extract, chia seeds, flax seeds, and cinnamon in the blender. Blend all ingredients together for about a minute... and voila! We've got a smoothie! Pour the smoothie in a bowl and top it with granola, yogurt, more cinnamon, chia seeds and sliced strawberries. Now it's ready to enjoy! How easy was that? There are an unlimited amount of toppings you can add so feel free to experiment!
